3. Specific Data Processing Related to Mobile Applications

During the installation and use of the mobile applications, the following data may be processed to ensure the operation of the service:

• Device Identifiers: Unique identifiers required for running the application, license verification, and sending push notifications (alerts).
• Location Access: The application may request access to the device's location so that the user can display their own position on the map relative to the tracked devices.
• Camera and Storage: Access required for QR code scanning (quick pairing of devices) or for caching user settings and map data.

5. Detailed Data Processing Cases

5.1. Registration, Subscription, and Contracting

Purpose: Providing access to the service, managing online orders, and communication.

Data Processed: Name, e-mail address, phone number, billing address, username, password (encrypted).

Legal Basis: Performance of a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).

Duration: Until the 5-year statute of limitations following the termination of the legal relationship.

5.2. Processing of GPS Location Data

Purpose: Core function of the service: displaying and retrieving coordinates sent by GPS devices.

Data Processed: Geographical coordinates, speed, direction, altitude data, and the unique name assigned to the device.

Legal Basis: Performance of a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).

Duration: For the historical storage period defined in the subscription package (e.g., 1, 3, 6, or 12 months).

5.3. Billing and Accounting

Data Processed: Name, address, tax number (for companies), e-mail address.

Legal Basis: Compliance with a legal obligation (based on the Hungarian Accounting Act).

Duration: 8 years.

5.4. Customer Service and Call Recording

Purpose: Quality assurance, complaint handling, and accurate documentation of customer requests.

Data Processed: Phone number, audio recording of the conversation, time of the call.

Legal Basis: Legitimate interest (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).

Duration: 1 year.

7. Rights of Data Subjects

You are entitled to request information about the processing of your data (access), and you may request their rectification, erasure, or restriction of processing. You have the right to data portability and may object to data processing based on legitimate interest.
